About Me

My Story

The healthy lifestyle I currently lead and promote wasn't always as linear as it seems. I grew up, like many young girls in my generation with a desire to stay small, and although I have always enjoyed food, I often feared it incase it led to weight gain.

I trained in performing arts and went to full time theatre school in London which as you can imagine produced a whole new layer of pressure to stay slim and exercise regularly. Looking back I was definitely under-fuelling the physical demands that were put on me.

As I moved into my mid 20s I developed gut-related issues, and became obsessed with how certain foods made me feel. I navigated through a difficult period of still trying to enjoy the foods I love, without restriction.

Fast forward to now, and I have fallen inlove with food again and have developed a healthy relationship towards diet and exercise. So much so, I felt I had to further my knowledge into the fascinating world of nutrition and help more women flourish.

My approach is centred around enjoying a little bit of everything in moderation. My diet is made up largely of whole-foods, with the addition of fresh fish and dairy. I adore exploring new styles of cuisines and cooking at home, not many things come close to making me happier!

I take huge pride in my work and find true fulfilment in helping others to feel healthier and meet their goals, no matter how small. Every win is a win!
